Saint John Paul II, September 9th, 1984 at Québec
Over the years, Le Verbe médias has taken up the mission of providing the cables for communication between the Church and society, between God and humanity. Our mission is to act as a transmission belt between generations, ensuring that Christian faith and hope never cease to be proclaimed.
For eight years now, we have been forging ties between Christian faith and contemporary culture, and we have the joy of seeing these great fruits of communion already emerging.
While many are pessimistic, especially considering the ongoing church closures, at Le Verbe, we continue to have great hope. Each year, our team reaches more than 800,000 people through our magazines, web articles, radio shows, videos and social media presence.
We are amazed at the emergence of a Church that is increasingly renewed by the Spirit, day after day. We see a Church that is uninhibited and rejuvenated, believers who face their mission with intelligence and boldness while displaying an attitude of openness and dialogue with contemporary society and culture.
This is precisely why Le Verbe continues to bridge the gap between Christ and the contemporary world—to hope against all hope.
By 2026 Le Verbe médias aims to reach over a million people per year by proclaiming the Gospel far and wide and free of charge through its media platforms. We are hoping to raise $6 million to accomplish this bold and far-reaching mission to connect with youth and all those who seek God.
In the coming years, we want to continue knitting this social and ecclesial fabric with you, one stitch and one heart at a time. That is why we invite you to sponsor one of our four priority missions, either through a bequest or a five-year commitment.
Through our videos and Catholic presence on social media.
Through our theme-based editions and
On n’est pas du monde radio show.
Through our free publicly available magazines and our web articles, which address issues of meaning.
Through our content designed as tools for the new evangelization.
To contribute to the urgency of the new evangelization for future generations
To quickly have a real impact on believers and those who seek meaning
To support our team of young Catholic journalists
To provide a solid foundation for our missionary organization
To help us acquire professional audiovisual equipment

All donations in excess of our annual needs will automatically be deposited into our Maximilian Kolbe Endowment Fund for Evangelization through Media, which is ethically managed in partnership with the Archdiocese of Québec.
By making a bequest or major gift, you will help us establish a sustainable fundraising strategy and ensure that your investment in the mission bears fruit for the long term. As such, the legacy of faith will continue to be passed on to new generations.
As Cardinal Lacroix said in his letter supporting our campaign: “It is our most urgent and important mission!”
You can donate directly online or contact us to set up a meeting (in person or virtual) with a member of our team.
There are many different ways you can contribute to this important mission. If you choose to meet with us, there are no obligations to give, but you are sure to see your hope renewed!
In essence, we are asking you to forge the ultimate bond with us: the bond of charity “which is the bond of perfectness”—the only bond “that never fails” (Col 3:14; 1 Co 13:8).
